The Adobe AEM Platform Technical Lead will provide work direction to the team responsible for product development, support, and operations of Adobe platforms including but not limited to Adobe AEM (Assets, Sites, Target, and Analytics) as well as Adobe Commerce. The Technical Lead has an in-depth knowledge of how to leverage standard Adobe AEM capabilities to create solutions that capitalize on the full features and benefits of the Adobe AEM platform. The position is also responsible for systems and application administration of the Adobe AEM platform and the governance around usage.
  • Lead the work of Adobe AEM technical resources and provide direction on project, operations, and support tasks in alignment with strategic and department goals.
  • Perform applications and system administration to meet needs of stakeholders and business requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adobe Platform Architecture, Release Management, and Integration.
  • Adobe Platforms Governance


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years managing enterprise IT services, products or projects.
  • 5 years of in-depth and demonstrated Adobe platforms experience (Adobe Digital Asset Management, Adobe Sites, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
  • 3 years’ experience with Agile processes
  • Ability to lead and work effectively with various levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of product management skills
  • Experience with digital product delivery
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies
