We are looking for a Global Creative Content Lead! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
You will be in charge of:
Supporting Pernod Ricard’s Brands to efficiently create campaigns that are effective and drive business results.
Impacting global ways of working and internal digital tools used by Pernod Ricard Marketing community worldwide.
Your key missions:
Lead the transformation of Pernod Ricard’s agency ecosystem
  • Define and implement the ways of working with global roster agencies in coordination with Procurement and Legal departments
  • Create and execute the change management program
  • Consolidate an overview of key scopes of work with agencies from Brand cos (global) and key Market cos (local)
  • Provide on demand support to affiliates on creative agency topics (pitch, relationship…)
  • Evolve the agency roster to better address Marketers’ needs (agency categories, list of agencies per category…)
  • Define and execute an internal communication program to present the global roster and foster internal adoption (organize agency forums, publications on Marketing intranet…)
  • Track A&P working/non-working, agency fees per agency, and production costs, with the objective to optimize effectiveness of investments
  • Manage agency assessment annual survey and its action plan
  • Train roster agencies on Pernod Ricard tools
  • Formalize a Creative Cascade and implement as a Group common language to clarify roles & responsibilities and ultimately increase marketing effectiveness
Lead integrated Brand Planning (IBP)
  • Manage the annual series of IBP waves and their communication
  • Lead the community of IBP guardians from Brand companies / IT / Procurement
  • Guarantee the quality of IBP material uploaded by Brand cos (global)
  • Coordinate IBP highlight presentation showcasing up-coming brand activities
  • Permanently optimize the process and the digital platform to better answer business needs
  • Track stats of IBP material usage + assets usage (with Digital Marketing team)
Support affiliates on the full range of Pernod Ricard tools on Brand positioning and creative content to increase marketing effectiveness.

You have a Master’s degree in marketing or communication.
You are fluent in English, French is a plus
You have at least 5 years’ working experience:
  • In the marketing team of a global consumer goods company, creating global brand campaigns executed in multiple markets, and managing the relationship with creative agencies
  • Or as a consultant on agency relationship management and agency ecosystem on a global level
You have excellent change management skills.
You are creative and have strong digital acumen.
