The phenomenal development of digital & e-commerce has given rise to huge quantities of data and information. In this context Royal Canin wants to build a new team with the mission to become the trusted strategic partner who guides value proposition definition and empowers the organization to unlock new growth territories.
Purpose of this job is to master data process to generate insights to inform business on decisions & strategy.
What are we looking for?
Experience working in a client side/agency research or analytical team is a plus
Knowledge and experience of using and developing the full set of tracking research
Communicate and influence effectively our organisation
Highly organised and able to simultaneously manage several projects
Excellent team worker whilst retaining ability to effectively work on their own
Experience in expert data provider company can be beneficial
What will be your key responsibilities?
Creating, managing, and directing continuous data services – Own in market performance reporting
Support VCMs (Value Creation Models) with actionable & reliable insights generated through multiple data sources
Develop new business performance matrix & tools to strengthen data quality & accessibility in order to deliver guidance on how to win.
The role reports to the Senior Strategic Insights Manager, and will involve working closely with the 3 global VCMs : Pet professional / Pet specialty retailing & Omnichannel / direct to consumer as well as Regional & local Insights teams
