Details of the role and how it fits into the team
You will be integrating a very dynamic and diverse team, in charge of the end to end process of the client onboardings.
You will be focussed on the KYC due diligence process, performing deep analysis of the adopted client in order to ensure his adoption is compliant with Deutsche Bank KYC policy but also compliant with our local regulations. In order to do so, you will benefit of a strong KYC Training provided by our Central Policy team. You will be involved as well in the client account maintenance when the questions relate to KYC aspects. Our department is evolving in a very moving environment in terms of technology and strategy, and as such your role requires a strong capacity of adaptability. The role of the KYC is central, and key for the bank and it generates a high volume of interactions with the other departments.
Your key responsibilities
- Initiating and monitoring Periodic Reviews
- Coordinating and monitoring new client adoption process
- following up new client adoption in each applicable jurisdiction: Pending status, blocking point, escalation
- Assessing priorities and degree of criticality to ensure deadlines are respected.
- Collecting the required missing documentation directly from the clients for NCAs and Regular Reviews
- KYC documentation analysis
- Preparing the various Management Information reporting
Your skills and experiences
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Banking, in KYC activities
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and relationships skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong Pack Office knowledge
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Self-Directed and willing to take initiatives
