Missions of Software Developer:
Given its growing product portfolio, strong product demand and long-term VC funding, Stilla Technologies is currently ramping up its software development.
In this context, we are seeking a Software Developer to join our growing R&D leadership team.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing our current and cutting-edge next generation software products, performing unit and integration tests.

You will integrate the Software Development Group, work with a multidisciplinary R&D leadership team to integrate the software roadmap together with the company’s product development roadmap. You will join an R&D and Manufacturing organization counting 60+ talented scientists, engineers and technicians including 5 software developers.
You will develop new software, maintain existing ones, and contribute to the documentation of their life cycle development procedures including the participation in software unit/integration/verification/validation testing.
You will carry out a regular technology watch, propose innovative solutions, and perform regular report activities to the hierarchy.
Profile
- Has a 2 to 5 year experience in software development for industrial companies ideallyC+++, Qt and QML.
- Has a strong experience with object-oriented software development.
- Enjoys teamwork.
- Has good communication skills.
- Has a previous experience in Agile software development with continuous integration (using these tools or equivalent ones: Visual Studio, CMake, Jira, GitLab, Squish, Spix…).
- Ideally, has been exposed to database programming (knowledge in SQL DB programming is preferred).
- Speaks technical French and English.
- Is self-driven, results oriented and customer centric.
- Adaptable and prone to work in a fast-paced environment.
